ART DIRECTORS

You will need strong design skills and evidence of creative problem solving. You should feel comfortable in front of a client, and able to ride a project all the way through the shop. The computer needs to be your friend.

SENIOR DESIGNERS

You better understand the Mac and be able to make it sing. You should be easy to work with, which is code for "low maintenance". You're confident enough to offer suggestions, yet humble enough to take direction. Minimum of one non-visible piercing is preferred, but not required.

MULTIMEDIA DESIGNERS

You know Flash, ASP, HTML, and Director and understand how to make Photoshop spin. You might even have some creative inclinations and design skills. We would prefer you be a Machead, but we have tolerance for you Friends-of-Bill as well.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

You have experience managing clients and their projects from initial bids thru completion. We'll expect you to work with active clients as well as drum up some new ones. You better be organized and it doesn't hurt to have a bit of design knowledge. We're not looking for short order cooks here. You should be able to look at a can of Spam and see Filet Mignon.
